Salami, sun-dried tomato, feta and herb open-faced sandwich

Ingredients:
1 slice of whole wheat bread
2 slices of good quality salami
2 halves of sun-dried tomato, chopped
Small piece of feta cheese for crumbling
2 basil leaves chopped
2 mint leaves chopped
Small piece of dill chopped
Ground black pepper, to taste
Method:
Place salami slices on the bread.
Add pieces of sun-dried tomato.
Garnish with the herbs, feta, and black pepper.
Enjoy your sandwich with a drink of your choice.
